My Autobiography.

The name's Jan Patrick Fudolin.
A 14 year old golf player.

Born on January 20 year 1996 at Cagayan De Oro, Mother's Joys Hospital.

My mother's name is Rachelle Fudolin and my father's Gerry Fudolin.

I have two sister's,

my elder sister's name is Apple Jeen and my younger sister is Kissie Anne.

I am the second one among the three of us.

I graduated at Our Lady of Lourdes Elem. School,

it was a great school,

I am actually not an honor student but I am an athletic one.

There is really a sport that inspires me most,

Golf is my favorite sport among the rest,

I can play many sports like Soccer,

Softball, Basketball, Volleyball and Sepak Takraw.

Holy Cross High is a great school because,

the school facilities are complete,

the lessons are good to learn, the students are very cool and fun to be with,

some teachers are fun and has an awesome teaching

but some other teachers are not that really good.

I really had a lot of unforgettable

moments here in Holy Cross High during our first year year's ..

And that ends the story of my life.
